Personal Data Protection
Users are informed that personal data collected through contact forms, personalized services, or other questionnaires may be subject to automated processing by Elior Participations or other Group companies (meaning companies which, within the meaning of Article L233-3 of the French Commercial Code, (i) directly or indirectly control, (ii) are under the direct or indirect control of, or (iii) are directly or indirectly under common control with Elior Group (408 168 003 RCS NANTERRE), hereinafter the “Group companies”).

First name, last name, title/position, postal code, company on whose behalf the form is completed or employer company or brand, email address, subject of the message, message content (only if necessary to respond), title, city, country, employer website name, phone number (personal or professional, landline or mobile), password, customer status, market or entity of the Group company concerned, internal mobility/transfer, HR-related information (for employee users), CV, cover letter, region, media outlet (for press contacts), restaurant name (for guest contacts), department concerned (sales, partnership, quality, recruitment, other), job of interest.
The data collected is used solely to process the user’s request and provide an appropriate response, or, in the case of spontaneous applications, to process the application through the communication channels offered by Group companies. In such cases, the data may be transmitted to relevant departments and staff.
The data collected via the Site is exclusively intended for Group companies, their employees and departments (hereinafter the “Recipients”).
Data is retained strictly for the time necessary to process the request and provide the most appropriate response.
Certain information requested in online forms is mandatory (indicated as such). If not completed or incorrectly completed, the information will not be sent to Recipients.
If a user subscribes to a newsletter, their email address is used strictly for sending Elior Participations or Group companies’ messages and announcements. It will not be used for commercial partner communications.
